Job Summary

A company is looking for a Principal Business Analyst.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead complex business analysis efforts and mentor a team of Business Analysts to ensure high-quality delivery of solutions
• Act as the primary point of contact for high-impact initiatives, capturing and communicating business needs to technical teams
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope, identify dependencies, and ensure timely delivery of business-critical solutions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field
• 8-10 years of related experience, including 1-3 years in a leadership or mentorship role
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments, with familiarity in backlog grooming and sprint planning
• Strong experience with requirements documentation, process modeling, and functional specification design
• Knowledge of tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Microsoft Office Suite
