Job Summary

A company is looking for a Psychiatrist Physician Reviewer (PRN).

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct peer-to-peer consultations between physicians and document the consultations
• Provide clinical expertise to establish goals and policies while ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
• Develop level of care recommendations based on clinical evaluations and analyze relevant regulations impacting healthcare

Required Qualifications

• Licensed Physician (MD/DO) in Illinois
• Board Certification in Psychiatry
• Engaged in active practice with admitting or staff privileges in Illinois hospitals or state facilities
• Knowledge of standards of practice related to the determination of level of care
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, and Outlook
