Pre-Bill Escalation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pre-Bill Escalation Specialist responsible for the initial steps in the billing process.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor intake processes and verify daily EDI rejections
• Assist colleagues with escalation resolution and provide feedback on front end processes
• Request and log missing information from clients and assist with resolving overlaps

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least two years of experience in data entry and medical billing preferred
• Ability to read and apply state/federal laws and regulations
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Basic math skills and touch 10 key skills
