Job Summary

A company is looking for a part-time Portal Operations Specialist to manage and optimize brand portal web ads for their Employee Savings business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure all web ad placements are launched on schedule and with high accuracy
  • Maintain and monitor existing site offers to ensure content is current and accessible
  • Create compelling new offers for each brand onboarded by the sales team
Required Qualifications
  • Experience with Salesforce is a plus
  • Prior experience in eCommerce/B2C space is preferred
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
  • Comfort using spreadsheets and editing content
