• Respond to questions and issues from the community of Players and Creators across various channels
• Moderate content over social media channels and collaborate with development teams on issue escalation
• Provide insights on community sentiment and suggest improvements to support processes

Required Qualifications

• 2 years of support experience
• Knowledge of Web 3 / Blockchain space
• Fluent in English, both speaking and writing
• Computer knowledge and troubleshooting skills
• Willingness to work shifts, Monday-Sunday, 24/7
