• 1-3 years of experience in client success, care navigation, inside sales, or mental health services
• Ability to communicate effectively across various channels with warmth and clarity
• Experience guiding clients through uncertainty and overcoming obstacles
• Ability to balance structure with empathy while achieving outreach and productivity goals
• Comfortable in fast-paced, mission-driven environments
