California Licensed Group Service Rep

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Group Service Representative to support Account Managers in achieving sales retention and growth goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist Account Managers in coordinating renewal activities and open enrollment processes
  • Monitor and ensure the implementation of renewals, including preparing necessary documentation
  • Respond to inquiries from brokers, clients, and members regarding sales and service issues
Required Qualifications
  • Minimum two years of experience in a sales/service environment, preferably in managed care or health insurance
  • High school diploma or GED; Associate's degree preferred
  • Valid California Life Agent license or ability to obtain within 45 days of hire
  • Experience with Health Net systems, products, and procedures preferred
