Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Technician to provide customer support in a remote setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide real-time support to pharmacies with point-of-service inquiries
• Educate prescribers on formulary and prior authorization processes
• Enter customer data and other relevant information into documentation tools

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
• Pharmacy Technician Certification (PTCB, NCCT, or ExCpt) preferred
• 3 to 5 years of recent PBM and/or pharmacy experience required
• Experience with data entry and scheduling in a pharmacy setting
• Ability to adhere to standard operating procedures for contact handling
