Job Summary

A company is looking for a Client Representative - GSS.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide world-class service on all client interactions while applying strong knowledge of products and services
• Facilitate financial and non-financial transactions accurately while adhering to legal requirements
• Participate in new hire training and ongoing training sessions, including weekly mentoring with management

Required Qualifications

• Client Service/Customer Service experience
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, Monday through Friday, between 8:00 am - 8:00 pm ET
• Proficient computer skills and eagerness to learn new software systems
• Role may be hybrid or remote depending on location
