Pharmacy Network Oversight Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pharmacy Network Oversight and Process Manager.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor key performance metrics and ensure network compliance with standards
• Support end-to-end pharmacy network operations, including credentialing and re-contracting
• Develop best practices for process innovation and lead process improvement teams

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business Management or related field, or 4 additional years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree
• 10+ years of experience in business process management, consulting, or operational transformation
• Preferred: Certified Six Sigma Black Belt (CSSBB) or similar BPM certification
• Preferred: PMI Business Analysis Certification
• Expert-level knowledge of BPM tools and documentation platforms
