Job Summary

A company is looking for an ICEO Senior Advisor to provide bespoke career advisory services for senior leaders.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand and meet the unique needs of each client
• Deliver a high-quality, white-glove experience throughout the engagement
• Provide coaching on career transition best practices and mobilize resources for clients

Required Qualifications

• Over 15 years of experience in a leadership role at the C-2 or C-3 level
• Strong background in coaching, mentoring, and developing senior leaders
• Proven ability to build relationships with senior management and stakeholders
• Experience with involuntary terminations preferred
• Collaborative approach to working with leadership and teams across the organization
