Key Responsibilities

• Design and deliver onboarding programs for new Performance Managers and Associate Performance Managers
• Assess and develop talent by evaluating performance and providing feedback
• Maintain and update training resources to ensure relevance and accuracy

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in digital marketing in a client-facing role
• Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, Social Media Marketing, and Digital Analytics
• Proficiency in Google Ads and Google Analytics; certifications preferred
• Experience in designing and delivering effective training programs
• Knowledge of the automotive industry and its unique needs and challenges
