Job Summary

A company is looking for a People Services Analyst (People Operations Analyst).

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage operations related to onboarding, offboarding, and employee data changes
• Support HR projects, including compliance audits and performance reviews
• Administer HR tech systems and ensure data integrity and reporting

Required Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in People Operations or HR
• 1+ years of experience as the primary HRIS point of contact
• Proven ability to learn new subjects and conduct research
• Demonstrated expertise in process improvement
• Interest in the intersection of People Operations and Business Operations
