A company is looking for a Temporary Call Center Agent for Medicare Sales Support (Remote).

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer, document, and triage incoming calls from prospective customers to support sales goals
  • Conduct outbound service calls from a script in line with departmental initiatives
  • Manage and document sales lead information in a CRM system
Required Qualifications
  • High School graduate or equivalent preferred
  • Proficiency in typing, Windows Systems, and MS Office products
  • Minimum 6 months of direct customer service experience, preferably in a call center
  • Basic analytical skills to evaluate customer needs
  • Knowledge of Medicare or insurance terminology is a plus
