Pediatric Mental Health Therapist (RI)

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Pediatric Mental Health Therapist (RI License) to provide remote mental health care to K-12 students.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, evidence-based virtual mental health counseling and therapeutic interventions to students
• Conduct initial mental health intake assessments and create individual treatment plans
• Collaborate with the care management team and participate in clinical team activities

Required Qualifications

• Licensed without restrictions as a LCSW, LMFT, or LPC, and licensed in RI and the state of residence
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a school-based setting or with school-aged children
• Ability to obtain an acceptable Fingerprint (FBI) Criminal Background check upon hire
• Strong technological skills and ability to learn new software for digital documentation
• Bilingual skills in languages such as Spanish, Mandarin, or others are a strong plus
