Job Summary

A company is looking for an Agile Coach to drive delivery and build a culture of agility within the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Evaluate and articulate the current state of agile maturity and enhance the agile transformation program
• Act as a coach and mentor, fostering continuous improvement and learning within teams
• Drive quarterly planning efforts and utilize empirical data to improve value delivery processes

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive experience with the agile framework
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related area (experience may substitute)
• Experience working in large organizations with a focus on building efficiencies
• Strong program and change management skills
• Demonstrated experience in a matrixed environment influencing key stakeholders
