Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; MBA or certification in Payroll, Robotic Payroll Automation, or Lean Six Sigma preferred
• At least 15 years of experience in payroll management, transformation, and operational excellence
• Proven ability to implement strategies for global process adherence and compliance
• Experience in payroll technology adoption and automation
• Strong understanding of data security and privacy standards related to payroll
