Job Summary

A company is looking for a Human Resources Generalist to manage daily HR operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for U.S. and international positions, including job postings and candidate evaluations
  • Manage U.S. employee benefit programs and ensure compliance with benefits regulations
  • Support HR operations, including communication of policies, performance management, and maintaining HRIS systems
Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business management, or related field
  • 2-3 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in nonprofit or global health settings
  • Familiarity with federal, state, and local employment compliance laws
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software systems
  • Professional HR certification (SHRM-SCP/CP, SPHR/PHR) is a plus
