Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payments and Risk Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve chargebacks and card disputes, ensuring compliance with relevant card network rules
• Analyze transaction data to detect potential fraud trends and implement actions to reduce fraud losses
• Collaborate with internal teams to optimize payment processes and ensure efficient transaction management

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience with payment processing systems and chargeback processes
• Familiarity with payment schemes and card network regulations (e.g., Visa, Mastercard)
• Knowledge of US and international payment regulations and dispute resolution
• Experience with fraud detection and risk management is a plus
• Availability to work a Tuesday - Saturday shift
