Job Summary

A company is looking for a Care Coordinator - Case Management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide accurate information to callers and triage calls for clinical consultation and case management
• Enter and maintain claims data in the management system and ensure data integrity in the Ahshay database
• Support clinical staff with case management tasks, including scheduling and facilitating claims adjudication

Required Qualifications:

• AS/AA degree or two years of college preferred
• Experience in a medical office environment preferred
• Familiarity with medical terminology strongly preferred
• Previous customer service experience in a fast-paced environment preferred
• Must be computer literate and comfortable with MS Word, MS Excel, and email
