Payment Escalation Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Payment Escalation Specialist responsible for managing payment posting processes and resolving escalations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and resolve escalations from internal team members and client services
• Investigate and resolve issues escalated by Client Success from clients
• Assist with departmental training, audits, and special projects as requested

Required Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED
• At least one (1) year of revenue cycle experience preferred
• At least one (1) year of payment posting experience preferred
• Knowledge of payor portals is preferred
