Job Summary

A company is looking for a PFS Representative CBO.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and facilitate patient billing and collection activities, ensuring timely and accurate reimbursement
• Research payments, denials, and accounts to resolve discrepancies and make necessary corrections
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and internal clients while managing account balances and payments

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent working knowledge
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in finance and/or patient financial services
• Knowledge of patient financial services and insurance industry processes
• Strong knowledge in the use of common office software, including word processing and spreadsheets
• Ability to manage multiple tasks independently with minimal supervision
