Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Care Specialist.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answers all incoming calls to the NOC and processes them according to agency protocol
• Enters demographic information into software systems and routes calls to appropriate personnel
• Acts as a liaison for patient needs and provides general information to callers

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience (three years of relevant call center or customer experience may substitute)
• Experience with CCF EPIC is preferred
• One month of on-the-job training after selection
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision
• Manual dexterity for basic job functions and normal or corrected vision, hearing, and speech required
