Key Responsibilities

• Lead strategic technical relationships and advise on platform architecture and user journeys
• Own the end-to-end adoption lifecycle, ensuring onboarding and value expansion across multiple teams
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to address technical challenges and run tailored business reviews

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Computer Science, or related field
• 6+ years in MarTech, AdTech, or digital media consulting with enterprise-grade solutions
• Deep experience in campaign setup and omnichannel marketing strategy
• Ability to configure and optimize workspace structures in complex environments
• Executive-level presentation and stakeholder management experience
