Job Summary

A company is looking for a Patient Accounts Representative.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist patients with billing inquiries and financial aspects of their care
• Prepare, review, and submit claims, while researching and appealing denied claims
• Identify coding discrepancies and verify insurance related to claim denials

Required Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED equivalent
• 1-2 years of experience in medical collections and healthcare insurance billing
• Strong knowledge of Patient Accounting systems
• Ability to work in a team environment with quick turnaround
• Must meet ADA requirements
