Job Summary

A company is looking for a Medical Billing Supervisor.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and support execution of accounts receivable (AR) tasks focused on timely collections
• Track and analyze revenue cycle KPIs and AR metrics to meet financial performance goals
• Supervise and train collections and revenue cycle staff, providing ongoing feedback and support

Required Qualifications

• No suspension/exclusion/debarment from federal health care programs
• Current level 1 fingerprint clearance card issued by the Arizona Department of Public Safety
• Active Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation (CPR) and First Aid certification
• Experience in medical billing and collections preferred
• Knowledge of insurance and patient-related collections activities
