Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner Manager North America.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary relationship owner for North American boutiques and specialized partners
• Recruit, develop, and maintain partner contacts for sales and delivery
• Drive and execute the Blue Prism enablement program within partner organizations

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in an Alliance/Partner sales environment
• General understanding of complex solution sales cycles
• Experience in the software industry, preferably in AI, BPM, or Automation
• Ability to develop long-term relationships and manage a virtual team
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment
