Job Summary

A company is looking for a Partner Manager (US) to lead partner relationships in North America and drive growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and execute strategies for partner contract renewals and upselling opportunities
• Drive increased adoption of tools through expert consultation on pedagogy trends and innovations
• Cultivate strategic relationships with partners, serving as a trusted advisor and consultant

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Education, Business, Technology, etc.)
• 3-4 years of experience in account management, customer success, or a similar role, preferably in EdTech
• Knowledge of educational technology trends and teaching methodologies
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple client relationships
• Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
