Job Summary

A company is looking for a Coordinator, P2P Appeals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage denied inpatient referrals and handle a high volume of cases daily
  • Schedule and document Peer to Peer calls with payers and CorroHealth Medical Directors
  • Support various departmental functions, including case entry and appeals support
Required Qualifications
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Call center experience preferred
  • Understanding of denials processes for Medicare, Medicaid, and Commercial/Managed Care is a plus
  • Proficient in MS Word and Excel, with accurate keyboard skills (minimum 30 wpm)
  • Prior experience accessing hospital EMRs and Payer Portals preferred
