Job Summary

A company is looking for a Customer Success Manager US.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and improve areas of dissatisfaction
  • Lead annual negotiations with existing customers and develop trusted advisor relationships
  • Oversee onboarding processes and ensure timely delivery of solutions according to customer needs
Required Qualifications:
  • Proven work experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Project Management
  • Experience delivering client-focused solutions and managing multiple account projects
  • Native English proficiency; C1+ level in another language is a plus
  • Experience in a SaaS environment is advantageous
  • US based candidates preferred
