Outsource Disbursement Lead

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outsource Disbursement Lead.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and directing daily workflow within the Outsource Disbursement Team
• Procure tax amount data and manage payment processing while adhering to service level agreements
• Monitor work assignments, prepare reports, and communicate status updates to leadership

Required Qualifications and Education

• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Experience in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Access
• Experience with Black Knight (MSP), Fiserv, FICS, and EAS Lender Servicing Systems
• 3-5 years in Tax Service and/or loan service experience or 12-18 months as an Outsource Disbursement Processor III
• Typing speed of 60 wpm and proficiency in 10-key entry with 98% accuracy
