Job Summary

A company is looking for a Staff Accountant to join their finance team.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare client invoices and ensure accurate daily journal entries
• Maintain AR and AP sub-ledgers, perform collection procedures, and prepare month-end entries
• Collaborate with internal teams for process improvements and prepare audit-ready documentation

Required Qualifications

• 1-3 years of relevant accounting experience (public or private accounting preferred)
• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field is required; CPA or CPA candidate is a plus
• Proficiency with accounting software (e.g., NetSuite) and MS Excel
• Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with integrity
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage upward when necessary
