Outreach Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Outreach Manager to support the implementation of residential multifamily energy efficiency programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and manage partnerships with multifamily property managers, owners, and industry stakeholders
• Generate leads for the multifamily program and execute outreach plans to achieve program goals
• Lead meetings and deliver presentations to communicate program offerings and strategies to stakeholders

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 7 years' experience in energy-efficiency outreach or sales
• Previous management experience leading outreach professionals
• Proven success in engaging multifamily property owners and service providers
• Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools
