Job Summary

A company is looking for an Organizational Effectiveness Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead organization design projects, including assessments and implementation planning
• Support the development and evolution of global workforce planning processes
• Deliver HR data analytics and insights to inform workforce decisions

Required Qualifications

• Expertise in HR data and analytics
• Hands-on experience with organization design
• Exposure to strategic workforce planning
• Experience in a large, global, and complex organization is preferred
• Background in HR Business Partnering or Talent Management is a plus
