A company is looking for a Sr. Workday Certified Benefits Consultant.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate, troubleshoot, and manage Workday system issues to resolution
• Analyze business requirements, offer solutions, and guide best practices
• Manage time and caseload using a case management system

Required Qualifications

• Active Workday Benefits certification
• 2-4 years of Workday Benefits experience, including knowledge of benefit concepts
• Functional experience with configuration and support of Open Enrollment and ACA Configuration
• Bachelor's degree
