Order Assurance Specialist

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Order Assurance Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

• Convert quotes to orders and verify order-specific data post order creation
• Collaborate with sales or clients to secure missing data and ensure clean order delivery
• Manage workload, meet KPIs and SLAs, and document progress and challenges

Required Qualifications

• Experience with IP Transit, DIA, MPLS, VPLS, Ethernet, SD-WAN, and Managed Services
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Ability to work independently and prioritize multiple activities
• Comfortable in a dynamic and changing environment
• Demonstrated accuracy and a focus on quality improvement
