Job Summary

A company is looking for a Case Builder to join their Veterans Evaluation Services team.

Key Responsibilities

• Translate VA exam requests into detailed, organized cases for provider evaluation
• Draft clarification inquiries and ensure all necessary documentation is available for providers
• Research medical conditions and communicate with other departments to complete cases effectively

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• Must be a US Citizen or Green Card holder
• Ability to work remotely from a designated home location
• Internet speed of 20mbps or higher is required
• Must have a private work area and adequate power source
