Senior Technical Customer Success Manager

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Technical Customer Success Manager to enhance customer satisfaction and retention for enterprise organizations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead implementation and onboarding processes, documenting and accelerating migration plans
  • Monitor customer health, success metrics, and track time to value for customers
  • Collaborate with engineers to resolve technical issues and advocate for customer feedback on product improvements
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing Customer Success or Account Management role
  • Experience with CSM tools like SalesForce and ticketing tools such as Jira
  • Strong understanding of AWS services and cloud computing technologies
  • AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification or willingness to obtain within 90 days
  • Enthusiasm for working in an early-stage company environment
