Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Specialist - Member Support Services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service and assist members with troubleshooting treatment-related issues
  • Manage the Member Support Services Zoom Call Center and ensure timely responses to member inquiries
  • Update relevant information in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) and collaborate with senior leadership on service improvement projects
Qualifications
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience required; Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role
  • Experience in a virtual environment and familiarity with related technologies
  • Fluency with Excel/spreadsheets and Google Apps
  • Spanish-speaking highly preferred
