Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Associate to join their Fraud & Disputes team.

Key Responsibilities

• Investigate disputes for card and ACH according to relevant regulations
• Resolve disputes within regulatory timeframes and applicable rules
• Review and decision on remote deposit capture checks and adjustments

Required Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in mobile deposit capture processing and disputes resolution
• Expertise in consumer payment rules and regulations, including Reg E and NACHA
• Proven experience resolving transaction disputes and fraud claims
• Strong understanding of controls and risk management related to fraud
• Proactive and enthusiastic team player with strong organizational skills
