Job Summary

A company is looking for a Senior Manager, Fleet & Sample Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee fleet logistics and pharmaceutical sample distribution, ensuring vendor performance and compliance
• Manage day-to-day operations of fleet and sample programs, including issue resolution and policy development
• Collaborate with internal teams to identify process improvements and ensure operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in fleet or samples management in the pharmaceutical industry
• Strong cross-functional experience with field support or commercial operations teams
• Knowledge of compliance requirements related to pharmaceutical samples
• Experience with fleet management platforms or sample distribution systems is preferred
