Job Summary

A company is looking for an Operations Analyst IV.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepares monthly, quarterly, and annual reports on operational performance, revenue, and expenses
• Provides leadership for the implementation and support of inventory systems
• Manages financial and operational integration of new facilities and development of new business lines

Required Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Business Administration, Hospital Administration, or a related field
• Minimum of three years of experience in healthcare finance or project management
• Experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and reporting within large healthcare organizations
• Bachelor's degree with four years of experience can offset the master's degree requirement
• No certifications required
