Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate variable staffing forecasts and improve customer experience across multiple business units
• Validate forecasting influences using advanced statistical methodologies and provide recommendations for staffing efficiency
• Interface with management to adapt forecasts and support organizational growth during high demand periods

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in forecasting and operational planning in a call center environment
• 2+ years of experience in advanced trend analysis and data interpretation for business decisions
• Experience with workforce management forecasting for contractor-based workforces
• Proficiency in data modeling and relational database structures
• Strong skills in Excel and Google Sheets
