Job Summary

A company is looking for an Online Masters Human Resources Adjunct Faculty.

Key Responsibilities

• Teach in the MBA/MSM program, sharing industry experience to help students achieve learning outcomes
• Provide practical, hands-on instruction in a student-centric learning environment
• Be available for evening and weekend sessions to support adult learners

Required Qualifications

• Doctorate in business administration or related field with 18 graduate semester hours in human resources
• 3-5 years of current hands-on HR experience within a business setting
• Experience in developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives
• Knowledge of labor law and HR best practices
• Reliable high-speed internet and own windows-based computer and webcam
