K-12 Compliance Associate Director

Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director of Compliance (K-12 Education).

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and monitor the implementation of a compliance program
• Develop and implement policies and procedures for compliance with state, federal, and authorizer requirements
• Conduct internal compliance audits and manage the resolution of non-compliance issues

Required Qualifications

• Knowledge of local, state, and federal laws related to K-12 public education
• Experience with administrative directives and data reporting regulations
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and work from a home office
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple projects
• Proficiency in Google Workspace and Microsoft Office
