About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a Online Chat representative. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with real-time assistance, answering their queries, and offering solutions to their waterproofing needs through our online chat platform.
Key Responsibilities
• Engage with customers via live chat to provide prompt, professional, and empathetic support.
• Resolve inquiries, and complaints efficiently by offering appropriate solutions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of company products and services to deliver correct and helpful responses.
• Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate teams when necessary.
• Represent the brand with professionalism, empathy, and a customer-first attitude.
Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in communications, business, or a related field is a plus.
• Previous experience in customer service, online support, or live chat preferred.
• Excellent written communication skills, including grammar, spelling, and tone.
• Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a remote setting.
• Must have a reliable internet connection and necessary equipment (computer, headset, etc.).
• Comfortable navigating and adapting to various digital tools and support systems.
