Key Responsibilities:

Ability to multitask, stay organized, and remain calm under pressure
Basic computer skills; familiarity with CRM systems and call center software is a plus
Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace (for remote positions)
Availability for rotating shifts, weekends, or evenings may be required depending on business needs
