Job Summary

A company is looking for a Program Manager to support various training initiatives within the Learning and Development department.

Key Responsibilities

• Communicate with community leads to assess training needs and gather content from Product Group personnel
• Coordinate with the Learning and Development team to formalize content for publication and ensure timely preparation
• Organize training sessions to meet the requirements of both trainers and trainees

Required Qualifications

• 8-10 years of overall experience in project management and coordination
• Minimum of 5-9 years of strong project management experience
• 5-8 years of experience with Rise/Articulate and publishing content to learning portals
• 5-7 years of proficiency in preparing presentations and decks
• Experience in coordinating and conducting training sessions
