Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director/Senior Project Manager, Drug Development, FSP.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the overall delivery of projects, ensuring quality, cost, and time targets are met
• Serve as the main liaison between the sponsor and the organization, managing project scope and communication pathways
• Drive risk identification and issue resolution while ensuring compliance with organizational policies and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• 5-8 years of Program or Project Management experience in a Pharmaceutical or Biotech environment
• 10 years of drug development experience across various phases and disease areas
• Experience with Sponsor and Biotech environments is essential
• Demonstrated leadership skills are required
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant qualification is necessary
