Job Summary

A company is looking for a Mortgage Loan Assistant.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to Mortgage Loan Originators, including documentation collection and borrower communication
• Utilize marketing tools to assist in expanding the Mortgage Loan Originator's business
• Participate in required training and maintain relationships with various departments within the organization

Required Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum one year of experience in administrative support activities
• National Mortgage Licensing System (NMLS) registration required under the S.A.F.E. Act
• Ability to pass a criminal background and credit check
